Subprocessors
These are the key third-party providers used to operate BidPacto's hosting, authentication, AI processing, and payment workflows.

Current Providers
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud: app hosting, authentication, database/storage services, infrastructure, security, logs, and operational support.
- Google Gemini or the configured Gemini-compatible AI provider: document extraction, text processing, embeddings, retrieval support, drafting, and other AI-requested processing.
- Polar Software Inc.: checkout, merchant-of-record or reseller services, subscriptions, transaction tax handling, customer records, receipts, refunds, disputes, and payment-support workflows.
Client-Side Storage
BidPacto may use the customer's browser and device for local storage that supports sign-in continuity, demo mode, pending workspace handoff, and client-side state. This is part of the customer environment rather than a third-party subprocessor.
Provider Changes
We may add or change providers to operate, secure, scale, or support the service. Material changes will be reflected on this page or in another notice appropriate to the change.
Customer Review
Questions about a provider or data transfer can be sent to privacy@bidpacto.com. Customers with contractual notification requirements should make sure those requirements are documented in their agreement with BidPacto.
