Acceptable Use Policy
This policy keeps BidPacto aligned with responsible proposal work, payment-network expectations, and Polar's acceptable-use requirements for software and digital services.
Last updated
Allowed Use
BidPacto may be used for lawful software-enabled proposal operations, including organizing RFPs, drafting proposal responses from approved customer content, reviewing missing information, and exporting working files for human review.
Prohibited Use
- Violating any law, regulation, procurement rule, card-network rule, buyer instruction, or third-party right.
- Creating, submitting, or encouraging false claims, fabricated credentials, fake references, inaccurate compliance statements, bid rigging, collusion, bribery, conflicts-of-interest concealment, fraud, or deceptive procurement activity.
- Uploading content you do not have permission to process, including buyer data, third-party proposal libraries, confidential competitor data, personal data, or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Processing classified information, payment card data, protected health information, children's data, government secrets, export-controlled technical data, biometric identifiers, or other regulated high-risk data without a written agreement confirming suitability.
- Attempting unauthorized access, credential theft, scraping, security testing without permission, malware, spam, phishing, abusive automation, or interference with the service.
- Using the service for outbound telemarketing, deceptive marketing, harassment, hate, violence, abuse, adult sexual content, illegal goods, physical goods sales, human services marketplace activity, donations, crowdfunding, sponsorships, or any other use that Polar or BidPacto determines is prohibited or high risk.
- Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or using BidPacto to provide a competing service without written permission.
Proposal Responsibility
Every draft must be reviewed by a qualified human before submission. You are responsible for confirming the buyer's instructions, deadlines, eligibility rules, mandatory forms, pricing, certifications, insurance, references, legal commitments, and final submission package.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit usage, suspend accounts, disable checkout, cancel subscriptions, issue or request refunds through Polar, or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated or the service is being used in a way that creates legal, security, reputation, payment, or chargeback risk.
