Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests work for BidPacto plans processed through Polar checkout.

Billing Processor
BidPacto subscriptions are processed through Polar checkout. Polar handles payment collection, transaction tax where applicable, receipts, transaction support, refunds, and chargeback workflows for transactions it processes.
Refunds must be issued through Polar. Do not request or accept a separate direct repayment outside Polar for a Polar transaction.
Cancellation
- You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through the billing flow made available in the app, through Polar if available for your purchase, or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is granted or access is revoked for cause, access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- If you cancel after a renewal, the renewal charge remains subject to the refund rules below.
Refund Window
- First subscription charge: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plan has not been substantially used or if paid access could not be provisioned.
- Subscription renewal: you may request a refund within 7 days of renewal if there has been no material use after the renewal date.
- Service failure: if BidPacto is unable to provide the paid service for a material portion of the billing period and cannot reasonably restore it, we may approve a full or partial refund.
- Legal rights: this policy does not limit any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Charges are generally non-refundable after the refund window expires.
- We generally do not refund because a submitted proposal did not win, a buyer rejected a response, a user did not complete review, or the user did not use the subscription during the billing period.
- We may deny refunds for abuse, repeated refund requests, fraud, chargeback misuse, violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, or substantial use of exports, generated drafts, or workspace processing during the period.
How To Request A Refund
- Email support@bidpacto.com from the purchase email address.
- Include the Polar order or subscription id if available, the plan name, purchase date, and a short reason for the request.
- We may ask for additional information needed to process the request, verify account ownership, understand usage, or respond to Polar transaction support.
Polar Rights
Polar may issue refunds on our behalf, including refunds intended to reduce disputes or chargebacks. Polar's checkout, buyer, refund, and chargeback processes may apply in addition to this policy.
Taxes And Fees
If a refund is approved, applicable taxes are handled through Polar. Payment network and processor fees may still be charged to the merchant account even when a customer is refunded.
